PAYARD PATISSERIE & BISTRO
ABOUT PAYARD PATISSERIE & BISTRO
Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, the creation of award-winning pastry chef François Payard, is a beautifully designed, multi-layered casual dining experience that includes a chocolate shop, a pastry shop and a Las Vegas restaurant with a traditional dining room serving breakfast and lunch.
The most tempting chocolate and pastry shops in Las Vegas make up the largest area of Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro and offer a variety of Chef Payard's signature chocolates, desserts, sandwiches and pastries – perfect for an upscale, yet casual, meal on the go. Also located in this area are made-to-order crêpes, coffee drinks and homemade ice creams and sorbets. Guests can also purchase a gift box of Chef Payard's famous candies or one of his cookbooks to take home.
The dining room at Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro, with its dark wood tables and creamy white leather banquettes, provides guests with a Las Vegas restaurant experience steeped in bistro tradition, serving French-inspired breakfast and lunch items.

Reviews
"...a beautifully designed, multi-layered experience…"
"...offers one of the few real remaining bargains in Vegas…"
"If you think the croissants you buy at your supermarket bakery are the real deal think again. If you want to experience a real French croissant you’ll find none finer than those served at Payard Bistro and Patisserie located in Caesar’s Palace."
"Almond Croissant: It's been known to be more muffin or scone-like, but it's still delicious. Filled with almond cream and topped with sliced almonds, Payard Patisserie Las Vegas sells a whopping amount of these, as well as Macarons: Get as many as you can (afford) in as many flavors as you can handle. There are so many to choose from, and we wouldn't blame you for getting one of each."
"A “bit of civility among the pandemonium” of Caesars Palace, this “small,” “tucked-away” French bistro/patisserie serves “simple, tasty” Gallic grub, but it’s the “drool”-worthy, “almost-too-beautiful-to-eat” pastries that are the “decadent” stars of the show here; P.S. breakfast and lunch only, though the takeaway sweets counter stays open late."
"Part chocolate shop, part pastry shop and part full-service dining room,
Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro is the brainchild of French pastry chef François Payard. The centerpiece of his Las Vegas venture is a floor-to-ceiling chocolate clock which displays nine different time zones and dispenses free truffles."
