Notes:
- Winner is guaranteed a $25,000 seat in the NBC Heads-Up event. Seat is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- NBC Heads-Up Championship will be held in early Jan 24 -26, 2013 in the Caesars Palace Poker Room.
- If entries number less than 129 players, the NBC seat will be the only prize. If entries number 129 or more players, top 16 (Max.) will get paid.
- Payouts will be as follows: 1st: NBC seat; 2nd: 22% of remaining prize pool; 3-4th: 11%; 5-8th: 6%; 9-16th: 4%.
- Tournament will play down to 16, Remaining 16 players will play seeded (bracketed) Heads-Up tournament until winner is determined.
- Seeding will be based on chip count, each match will restart with 20,000 in chips. Winner will receive ($25,000) Entry in NBC National Heads-Up Tournament as Caesars Palace Qualifier.
- Registration begins on January 4, 2013. Event registration and Re-Entry is open until the start of the 7th level.
- Each Tournament is scheduled for one ( 1 ) day, unless noted. No dinner break.
- Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the Tournament in part, or in whole, without notice.
- Three percent of the Prize Pool will be withheld for the staff.
- Levels are 30 minutes, Heads-Up matches 15 minutes. Breaks are 15 minutes for first break, all others are 10 minutes. No breaks in Heads-Up matches.
- Must have zero (0) chips remaining for re-entry. Once disqualified from Tournament you are not allowed re-entry.
- Valid photo identification and Total Rewards card are required for Tournament Registration. Total Rewards Cards are available at the Total Rewards Center or Poker Room.
